DNA/RNA Amplification and Analysis

proACE™ Bst Visual Mix is a 2x Mastermix for colorimetric Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification, ideal for point-of-care and field testing. In this particular mastermix, proACE™ Hotstart Bst Polymerase is supplied in a pH-based colored solution, which switches colour in case of target amplification.

qACE™ Fast Probe can be used to quantify virtually any DNA target, including extremely low-copy number targets, with minimal effort and optimization. qACE™ Fast Probe is a 4X mastermix, which is ideal for multiplex qPCR.

qACE™ Fast Probe qRT-PCR 4X Supermix enables robust and reliable qPCR detection of RNA and/or DNA targets, delivering superior amplification efficiency in single or multiplex assays, even from low copy target numbers in highly diluted samples.

RNase Inhibitor specifically inhibits common RNases, including RNase A, RNase B, and RNase C. As the RNase inhibitor does not interfere with DNA polymerase activity, it is an extremely useful additive in PCR and RT-PCR. Is a sturdy enzyme with improved resistance to oxidation, being stable under very low concentrations (<1mM) of DTT

TAQKLE Hotstart DNA Polymerase is the to go to enzyme for challenging DNA samples, including targets with high GC content (up to 80%), sequences with secondary structures, long targets and samples with presence of inhibitors. Its enhanced DNA binding capacity results in improved processivity, shorter extension times, higher yield and the capacity to tackle more difficult and longer targets.
