PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Rapid test for Almond is a qualitative immunochromatographic test, in strip format, to detect the hazelnut proteins in food, rinse water and working surfaces.
The test is based on the detection of the Cor a 9, which reacts with a specific antibody coated to red particles in the strip. The appearance of two red lines on the strip test is a positive result.

-Limit of Detection in food: 0.6 ppm of hazelnut proteins
-Limit of Detection on surfaces: 1.0 µg of hazelnut proteins.
-Rehearsal time: 10 minutes.
-Shelf life: 12 months.
