PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Rapid test for Almond is a qualitative immunochromatographic test, in strip format, to detect almond proteins using the almond protein Pru du 6 as an indicator in food, rinse water and working surfaces.
The test is based on the detection of the Pru du 6, which reacts with a specific antibody coated to red particles in the strip. The appearance of two lines, red and blue, on the strip test is a positive result.

-Limit of Detection in food: 0.7 ppm of almond proteins
-Limit of Detection on surfaces: 0.9 µg of almond proteins.
-Rehearsal time: 10 minutes.
