Description
Dip-stick tests for the allergen Milk in food, rinsing water and working surfaces. The kits contain all materials required for running the test. Can be used for food, rinsing water and working surfaces.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Rapid test for Milk is qualitative immunochromatographic test, in strip format, to detect milk proteins in food and working surfaces. The test is based on the detection of casein and β-lactoglobulin (β-LG), which react with specific antibodies coated to red particles in the strip.
The double detection of these main proteins is particularly useful because only one test is required to identify the presence of milk, independently of its origin. In addition, the detection of both groups of proteins is an advantage when testing highly processed foods, as caseins are more resistant to high temperatures.
