GENERAL INFORMATION: This is a qualitative immunochromatographic test, in strip format, to detect crustacean and mollusc proteins in food, rinse water and working surfaces. The test is based on the detection of tropomyosin, which reacts with a specific antibody coated to red particles in the strip. The appearance of the control line (blue) and the test line (red) corresponds to a positive result.

KIT CHARACTERISTICS:
-Limit of Detection in food: 5.0 ppm of curstacean proteins (Parapenaeus longirostris, shrimp); 27.0 ppm mollusc proteins (Sepia officinalis, cuttlefish).
-Limit of Detection on surfaces: 2.0 µg of crustacean proteins Parapenaeus longirostris, shrimp); 10.0 µg of mollusc proteins (Sepia officinalis, cuttlefish).
-Rehearsal time: 10 minutes.
-Shelf life: 12 months.
-Storage: 15-25°C
