Rapid Test for Listeria monocytogenes - Basic is a qualitative test for the detection of Listeria monocytogenes in food and environmental samples.

GENERAL INFORMATION:Rapid Test for Listeria monocytogenes - Basic is based on a lateral-flow immunoassay that detects Listeria monocytogenes antigens, which reacts on the test strip with a specific antibody bound to red particles. In this way, the appearance of a line of this colour on the test strip corresponds to a positive result. The blue line indicates the correct development of the test. Rapid Test for Listeria monocytogenes - Basic allows to determine the absence of Listeria monocytogenes in 25 g of food, in accordance with the current legislation (Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 and subsequent modifications).
