Description
Background:Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus type I detection by using qPCR.
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus is a small, enveloped RNA virus, which contains a single-stranded, positive-sense, RNA genome with a size of 15 Kb. PRRSV is a member of the genus Arterivirus, the family Arteriviridae. PRRSV causes disease in pigs, called porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, also known as blue-ear pig disease, characterized by reproductive failure in breeding stock and respiratory tract illness in young pigs. According to the characteristics of their genome, PRRSV can be divided into two genotypes: European (type I) and North American (type II). Although these two genotypes differ greatly in their antigenic properties and genetic content, both cause almost similar syndromes.
Product Features:
-Assay Mix Target composed by singleplex mixtures of specific forward/reverse primers and probe.
-Resuspension buffer
-DNase/RNase free water
- (OPTIONAL) Internal Control Assay Mix
- Mastermix solution
- Positive control

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Feline infectious peritonitis virus
Feline infectious peritonitis virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Feline infectious peritonitis virus is infectious to cats worldwide. It is responsible for feline infectious peritonitis, an uncommon, but usually fatal, aberrant immune response. The disease signs include chronic weight loss, anorexia, pyrexia, depression, fever, and vasculitis. Fluid in the abdomen, thorax, or pericardium is symptomatic of wet form. Granulomatous changes in the organs is symptomatic of dry form.
