proACE™ Blocking Solution is a blocking buffer for Western Blotting, ELISA and immunohistochemistry. It consists of high molecular weight compounds and bovine serum protein.

GENERAL INFORMATION:proACE™ Blocking Solution is a blocking buffer for Western Blotting, ELISA and immunohistochemistry. It consists of high molecular weight compounds and bovine serum protein. This solution does not contain alkaline phosphatase (AP) inhibitors nor does it affect the activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). In rare occasions, cross-reaction may occur when Avidin-Biotin detection is employed or if a specific antibody binds to protein component of the blocking solution.
