This real-time PCR screening kit with Internal Positive Control (IPC) enables detection of modified EPSPS (5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase) genes, the most widely used transgenic element conferring glyphosate tolerance, found in Roundup Ready® events across corn, soy, canola, and other crops.
