Description
This real-time PCR screening kit with Internal Positive Control (IPC) enables detection of modified EPSPS (5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase) genes, the most widely used transgenic element conferring glyphosate tolerance, found in Roundup Ready® events across corn, soy, canola, and other crops.
With 96 reactions per kit, it provides efficient first-tier screening for glyphosate-tolerant GMO events in food, feed, and seed matrices.
