BACGene Listeria spp.

The BACGene Listeria spp. real-time PCR detection kit provides materials for a rapid and reliable detection of Listeria spp. Detects DNA in all human food products and environmental samples from food production facilities. The kit is intended to be used in analytical laboratories and may also be applied for other purposes in food product research and analysis fields, e.g. microbial monitoring of production processes.
The BACGene Listeria spp. detection kit provides materials for the qualitative detection of Listeria spp. (included in NF VALIDATION scope and AOAC validated for L. monocytogenes, L. grayi, L. innocua, L. ivanovii, L. welshimeri and L. seeligeri; additionally, AOAC validated for L. marthii and L. rocourtiae) DNA from food and environmental samples when monitoring production processes. The BACGene Listeria spp. kit is validated for use with the Agilent AriaMx™ and Bio-Rad CFX96 Touch™ CFX96 Touch™ and Opus (standard and Deep Well) PCR platforms. The BACGene Listeria spp. kit can be run on the OT-2 liquid handler platform from Opentrons Labwork Inc., supporting the automated liquid handling from sample transfer, lysis up to PCR plate preparation.
This kit can be combined with PCR workflows to remove free DNA prior to lysis through enzymatic digestion - PREraser BACGene (5123222301)
