Description
The BACGene Listeria monocytogenes detection kit provides materials for the qualitative detection of Listeria monocytogenes DNA from food and environmental samples when monitoring production processes. The BACGene Listeria monocytogenes kit is validated for use with the Agilent AriaMx™ and CFX96 Touch™ and Opus (standard and Deep Well) PCR platforms. The BACGene Listeria monocytogenes. kit can be run on the OT-2 liquid handler platform from Opentrons Labwork Inc., supporting the automated liquid handling from sample transfer, lysis up to PCR plate preparation.
This kit can be combined with PCR workflows to remove free DNA prior to lysis through enzymatic digestion - PREraser BACGene (5123222301)
