Description
The BACGene Salmonella spp. detection kit provides materials for the qualitative detection of Salmonella spp. DNA from food, feed (including pet food) and environmental samples when monitoring production processes. It is intended that this kit is used by trained laboratory personnel. The BACGene Salmonella spp. kit is validated for use with the Agilent AriaMx™, Bio-Rad CFX96 Touch™ and BioRad CFX96 Opus (Standard and Deep Well). The BACGene Salmonella spp. kit can be run on the OT-2 liquid handler platform from Opentrons Labwork Inc., supporting the automated liquid handling from sample transfer, lysis up to PCR plate preparation.
This kit can be combined with PCR workflows to remove free DNA prior to lysis through enzymatic digestion - PREraser BACGene (5123222301)
