A real-time PCR detection system consists of a thermocycler equipped with an optical detection module to measure the fluorescence signal generated during each amplification cycle as the fluorophore binds to the target sequence. Numerous applications in scientific research and clinical diagnostics. Models with high detection capacity and dynamic range, differing notably in the number of optical channels (number of filters).

Specifications of the various models available:
- Number of wells per block: 16, 48, or 96 wells. Which do you prefer?
- Which optical channels do you prefer? (Channel 1: FAM, SYBR Green I; Channel 2: HEX, VIC, JOE, TET; Channel 3: ROX, TEXASRED; Channel 4: Cy5, Quasar670; Channel 5: Cy5.5, Quasar705; Channel 6: TAMRA, Cy3).
- Do you need independent temperature control zones to facilitate protocol optimization?
- Do you require an automated nucleic acid purification system combined with real-time PCR?
