This digital PCR (dPCR) system represents the next generation in DNA and RNA analysis, allowing for absolute and precise quantification without the need for standard curves. Through advanced centrifugal droplet generation technology, the sample is divided into up to 32,000 individual compartments, ensuring robust performance even in the presence of inhibitors or complex samples.
With a capacity of up to 6 detection channels, the platform is ideal for applications requiring high sensitivity, such as rare mutation detection and liquid biopsies, being capable of reaching a detection limit of a single copy. The completely closed chip design eliminates the risk of cross-contamination, offering a safe and efficient workflow for the laboratory.
