Description
The Real Time PCR detection Kit Theileria luwenshuni comprises a series of specific targeted reagents designed for Theileria luwenshuni detection by using qPCR.
GENERAL INFORMATION:Theileria luwenshuni is a protozoan blood parasite which belongs to the Theileria genus. This parasite is capable of affecting small rumiants such as goats and sheep, as well as cervids. The transmission of this parasite occurs through the bite of infected ticks. This leads to the formation of schizonts within the cytoplasm of host lymphocytes, where asexual division takes place. Meanwhile, sexual reproduction occurs in the gut of the tick vector. T. luwenshuni has been identified in various locations, including China, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Italy, and northern Spain. Clinical manifestations associated with acute or fatal theileriosis include purulent nasal discharge, pneumonia, ataxia, dyspnea, fever, anemia, serous nasal discharge, swelling of eyelids, ears, and jowls, along with pneumonia.
KIT CHARACTERISTICS:
- Assay Mix Target composed by singleplex mixtures of specific forward/reverse primers and probe.
- Resuspension buffer
- DNase/RNase free water
- (OPTIONAL) Internal Control Assay Mix
- Mastermix solution
- Positive control

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Haemonchus contortus
Haemonchus contortus detection test kit by using qPCR. Haemonchus contortus is an important parasite of sheep and goats, but can infect other ruminants such as cattle, deer, camels, and llamas. The infection, called haemonchosis, causes large economic losses for farmers around the world, especially for those living in warmer climates. Together with H. contortus, H. placei is also a main ruminant parasite that predominates on cattle.
