Real Time PCR Detection Kit Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis

Brand: GPS
Detection test kit of Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) by using qPCR. Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) is the causative agent of Johne’s disease, which affects ruminants such as cattle, and is also perhaps responsible for Crohn’s disease in humans. Recent studies have shown that MAP present in milk can survive pasteurization, which has raised human health concerns.

Background:Detection of Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) by using qPCR.
Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) is an obligate pathogenic bacterium in the genus Mycobacterium, often abbreviated M. paratuberculosis. It is the causative agent of Johne’s disease, which affects ruminants such as cattle, and is also perhaps responsible for Crohn’s disease in humans. Recent studies have shown that MAP present in milk can survive pasteurization, which has raised human health concerns. It is heat resistant and is capable of sequestering itself inside white blood cells, which may contribute to its persistence in milk. It has also been reported to survive chlorination in municipal water supplies. MAP is a slow-growing organism and is difficult to culture. Detection is very limited in fresh tissues, food, and water.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Streptococcus equi subsp. zooepidemicus

Streptococcus equi subsp.zooepidemicus detection test kit by using qPCR. Streptococcus equi subsp. zooepidemicus is a pathogen of animals primarily affecting horses, in whom it can cause diseases in the upper respiratory tract, uterus, umbilicus, and wounds; but its host range also includes swine, ruminants, guinea pig, monkeys, cats, dogs, poultry, and human. Zoonotic transmission of S. equi subsp. zooepidemicus is rare and is usually associated with drinking unpasteurized milk or through contact with horses by persons who usually have underlying health conditions.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Mycobacterium bovis

Mycobacterium bovis detection test kit by using qPCR. Mycobacterium bovis is the agent responsible for bovine tuberculosis, however, it can also cause the disease in humans if there is the consumption of infected milk. The pathology of M. bovis is similar to M. tuberculosis in humans, causing chronic debilitation, coughing, and further spread to other organs.
