Background:Detection of Eastern equine encephalitis virus by using qPCR.
Eastern equine encephalitis virus (EEEV), commonly called Triple Eor, sleeping sickness is a zoonotic alphavirus present in North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean. EEE was first recognized in Massachusetts, USA in 1831 when 75 horses died of encephalitic illness. Epizootics in horses have continued to occur regularly in the United States. EEE is found today in the eastern part of the country and is often associated with coastal plains.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Caprine arthritis encephalitis virus

Caprine arthritis encephalitis virus detection test kit by using qPCR. The virus adversely affects the immune system of its host, causing a disease known as caprine arthritis encephalitis, which is widely disseminated in goat herds on different continents. Common symptoms include arthritis, pneumonia, indurative mastitis, and encephalitis. However, many goats will not show any symptoms.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rabies virus

Rabies virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Rabies virus is the causative agent of acute progressive encephalitis (rabies) in mammals, including humans, and is transmitted through an animal with rabies directly by bites, scratches, or contamination of mucous membranes with infected saliva. Animals with rabies suffer deterioration of the brain and tend to behave bizarrely and often aggressively, increasing the chances that they will bite another animal or a person and transmit the disease.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Infectious bursal disease virus

Infectious bursal disease virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Infectious bursal disease virus, only the serotype 1 viruses cause disease in poultry. The infectious bursal disease virus is responsible for Infectious bursal disease a highly contagious disease in young chickens. It has economic relevance to the poultry industry worldwide due to increased susceptibility to other diseases and negative interference with effective vaccination.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Canine distemper virus

Canine distemper virus (CDV) detection test kit by using qPCR. Canine distemper is a viral disease that is most commonly associated with domestic animals such as dogs and ferrets, although it can infect wild animals as well. Despite extensive vaccination in many regions, it remains a major disease in dogs.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Bluetongue virus

Bluetongue virus detection test kit by using qPCR. The BTV virus is responsible for the bluetongue disease, affecting ruminants, mainly sheep, and less frequently cattle, goats, buffalo, deer, dromedaries, and antelope. BTV is a non-contagious by contact and insect-borne acute disease with high morbidity and mortality which may be next to 90 percent.
