The Real Time PCR Detection Kit Avian-Enteric Panel comprises a series of specific targeted reagents designed for Avian reovirus, Rotavirus type A, Avastrovirus 1, and Turkey astrovirus 2 detection by using qPCR.

GENERAL INFORMATION:Avian reovirus, Rotavirus type A, Avastrovirus 1, and Turkey astrovirus 2, are diverse RNA viruses that affect the gastrointestinal tract of poultry. Avian reovirus belongs to the Orthoreovirus genus of the Spinareoviridae family and is often associated with malabsorption syndrome and enteritis in young birds. Rotavirus A belongs to the Rotavirus genus of the Sedoreoviridae family, contributing to diarrhoea and poor growth in poultry flocks.

Avastrovirus 1 and Turkey astrovirus 2 belong to the Astroviridae family and are associated with enteric disorders such as runting-stunting syndrome and enteritis, particularly in young turkeys and chickens. These viruses primarily affect domestic poultry, causing clinical signs such as diarrhoea, dehydration, uneven growth and increased mortality in severe cases. Transmission is typically faecal-oral, with rapid spread in densely populated flocks. These viruses are globally distributed and pose a significant threat to poultry health and production.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Camelpox virus

Camelpox virus detection test kit by using qPCR. The Camelpox virus, that causes Camelpox, causing infections in camels. . A large proportion of camels acutely infected with the Camelpox virus die, although death is often attributed to a secondary infection.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Canine distemper virus

Canine distemper virus (CDV) detection test kit by using qPCR. Canine distemper is a viral disease that is most commonly associated with domestic animals such as dogs and ferrets, although it can infect wild animals as well. Despite extensive vaccination in many regions, it remains a major disease in dogs.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Avian influenza type A virus

Detection test kit of Avian Influenza type A virus by using qPCR. Influenza A virus causes influenza in birds and some mammals. Some isolates of influenza A virus cause severe disease both in domestic poultry and, rarely, in humans. Occasionally, viruses are transmitted from wild aquatic birds to domestic poultry, and this may cause an outbreak or give rise to human influenza pandemics. There are 17 different H antigens (H1 to H17) and nine different N antigens (N1 to N9).

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rabies virus

Rabies virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Rabies virus is the causative agent of acute progressive encephalitis (rabies) in mammals, including humans, and is transmitted through an animal with rabies directly by bites, scratches, or contamination of mucous membranes with infected saliva. Animals with rabies suffer deterioration of the brain and tend to behave bizarrely and often aggressively, increasing the chances that they will bite another animal or a person and transmit the disease.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Schmallenberg virus

Detection test kit of Schmallenberg virus by using qPCR. Schmallenberg virus (SBV) cause congenital malformations and stillbirths in cattle, sheep, goats, and possibly alpaca. It appears to be transmitted by midges (Culicoides spp.). It has also been detected in most countries of Europe.
