Description
Background:Camelpox virus detection by using qPCR.
The Camelpox virus, that causes Camelpox, is an Orthopoxvirus often affecting members of the family Camelidae. However, recent studies show that the disease can be transmitted to both humans and arthropods. The incubation period of the Camelpox virus is between 3 and 15 days. The resulting infection can be classified as acute or generalized. Generalized infections are usually found in camels over the age of three without treatment, the animal will generally recover from the infection in 4 to 6 weeks. Acute infections are usually found in camels under the age of three, and result in mild to severe systemic infections. A large proportion of camels acutely infected with the Camelpox virus die, although death is often attributed to a secondary infection. Camelpox virus is endemic throughout the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Product Features:
-Assay Mix Target composed by singleplex mixtures of specific forward/reverse primers and probe.
-Resuspension buffer
-DNase/RNase free water
- (OPTIONAL) Internal Control Assay Mix
- Mastermix solution
- Positive control

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Canine distemper virus
Canine distemper virus (CDV) detection test kit by using qPCR. Canine distemper is a viral disease that is most commonly associated with domestic animals such as dogs and ferrets, although it can infect wild animals as well. Despite extensive vaccination in many regions, it remains a major disease in dogs.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Nipah virus
Nipah virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Nipah virus is a newly emerging zoonosis that causes severe disease in both animals and humans. The natural host of the virus is fruit bats of the Pteropodidae Family. Nipah virus infection in humans has a range of clinical presentations, from asymptomatic infection to acute respiratory syndrome and fatal encephalitis. The virus is also capable of causing disease in pigs and other domestic animals such as dogs, cats, goats, horses, and sheep.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Goatpox virus
Goatpox virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Goat pox virus is closely related to Sheeppox virus and Lumpy skin disease virus. The disease is characterized by fever, papules, odular and sometimes pustular lesions on the skin. Transmission is usually by aerosol after close contact with severely affected animals containing ulcerated papules on the mucous membranes.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Maedi-Visna virus
Maedi-Visna virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Maedi-Visna is a chronic viral disease prevalent in adult sheep, but rarely can be found in certain species of goat. It causes encephalitis and chronic pneumonitis. It is known as Visna when found in the brain, and Maedi when infecting the lungs. The natural transmission of Maedi-Visna virus is mostly by the respiratory route, but also to newborn lambs by colostrum and milk.
