GMOScreen RT ocs-terminator

This real-time PCR screening kit with Internal Positive Control (IPC) enables detection of the ocs (octopine synthase) terminator sequence from Agrobacterium tumefaciens, a regulatory element used in various GMO transformation constructs.
With 96 reactions per kit, it complements standard GMO screening strategies by targeting a broader range of GMO constructs beyond the most common NOS terminator.
