This real-time PCR screening kit with Internal Positive Control (IPC) enables detection of the NOS (nopaline synthase) terminator sequence from Agrobacterium tumefaciens, the most commonly used transcription terminator in plant GMO constructs. NOS is present in Roundup Ready® soy (GTS 40-3-2), MON810 corn, and many other authorized events.
