This real-time PCR screening kit with Internal Positive Control (IPC) enables detection of the CaMV 35S (Cauliflower Mosaic Virus) promoter, the most widely used transcriptional regulatory element in plant GMO constructs, found in MON810 corn, Roundup Ready® soy, and the vast majority of authorized GMO events.
