Real Time PCR Detection Kit Verticillium dahliae

Brand: GPCRs
Verticillium dahliae detection test kit by using qPCR. Verticillium dahlia is a fungal plant pathogen with a cosmopolitan distribution that can infect many plant genera. Agricultural hosts include spinach, strawberries, lettuce, and artichokes, among others. The most common way to introduce V. dahliae in the field is by infected stock being planted. Once the pathogen is in the field it can be moved by wind, water, and soil. This a very difficult pathogen to control because it can persist in the soil for years without a susceptible host. V. dahliae can cause significant losses in yield due to reduced photosynthesis if the plant survives.

Background:Verticillium dahliae detection by using qPCR.
Verticillium dahlia is a fungal plant pathogen with a cosmopolitan distribution that can infect many plant genera. It is one of the responsible for the Verticillium wilt and over 200 dicotyledonous species have been identified as susceptible hosts of this pathogen. Agricultural hosts include spinach, strawberries, lettuce, and artichokes, among others. Symptoms are not commonly used to identify this pathogen because of their non-specific nature and also may vary depending on the specific host that the pathogen is infecting. The most common way to introduce V. dahliae in the field is by infected stock being planted. Once the pathogen is in the field it can be moved by wind, water, and soil. This a very difficult pathogen to control because it can persist in the soil for years without a susceptible host. Real Time PCR Detection Kit Ralstonia solanacearum

Ralstonia solanacearum detection test kit by using qPCR. Ralstonia solanacearum colonizes the xylem, causing bacterial wilt in a very wide range of potential host plants such as potato, tomato, aubergine, banana, geranium, ginger, tobacco, sweet pepper, olive, rose, and soybean. R. solanacearum usually enters the plant by a wound.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Alternaria alternata

Alternaria alternata detection test kit by using qPCR. Alternaria alternata is a fungus that causes leaf spots, rots, and blights on many plant parts. Usually, the fungus lives in seeds and seedlings and is also spread by spores.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Alternaria cucumerina

Alternaria cucumerina detection test kit by using qPCR. Alternaria cucumerina is an ascomycete fungus and it is responsible of the alternaria leaf spot. Alternaria leaf spots may cause reduced yield and smaller fruit and it is spread by wind and rain.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Spiroplasma citri

Detection test kit of Spiroplasma citri species by using qPCR. Spiroplasma citri is the causative agent of Citrus stubborn disease in plants and can be found either in the gut or hemolymph of insects (vector) or in the phloem of plants.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Monilinia laxa

Monilinia laxa detection test kit by using qPCR. Monilinia laxa is responsible for the brown rot blossom blight disease that infects many different types of stone fruit trees, such as apricots, cherries and peaches. M. laxa can colonize blossoms, twigs and fruit, but is generally considered more of a problem on blossoms and twigs.
