Description
The Real Time PCR detection Kit Salmonella Enteric Pathogens Panel (Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovars Typhimurium, Enteritidis and Infantis) comprises a series of specific targeted reagents designed for Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Typhimurium, serovar Enteritidis and serovar Infantis detection by using qPCR.
GENERAL INFORMATION:Salmonella enterica is a rod-shaped, Gram-negative, non-spore-forming bacteria from the Enterobacteriaceae family. Found worldwide, Salmonella species infect both cold and warm-blooded animals. Transmission can occur via zoonosis, often from ingestion of contaminated food, water, or droplets. S. enterica has six subspecies with multiple serovars differing by antigenic specificity, defined by somatic (O) and flagellar (H) antigens. S. enterica subsp. enterica serovars Typhimurium and Enteritidis can colonize a broad range of animals with minimal clinical effects, but in humans, they often cause gastroenteritis or septicemia. S. enterica subsp. enterica serovar Typhimurium is linked to pork, beef and poultry, while S. enterica subsp. enterica serovar Enteritidis is associated mainly with eggs and poultry. S. enterica subsp. enterica serovar Infantis, an emerging pathogen resistant to multiple antibiotics, has seen increased infections in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, mainly due to contaminated chicken and other foods.
KIT CHARACTERISTICS:
- Assay Mix Target composed by singleplex mixtures of specific forward/reverse primers and probe.
- Resuspension buffer
- DNase/RNase free water
- (OPTIONAL) Internal Control Assay Mix
- Mastermix solution
- Positive control

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Escherichia coli Virulence Genes Panel
Detection test kit of 10 different virulence genes from Escherichia coli by using qPCR. Some E. coli are pathogenic, meaning they can cause illness, either diarrhea or illness outside of the intestinal tract. The types of E. coli that can cause diarrhea can be transmitted through contaminated water or food, or through contact with animals or persons. Virulence genes detected include the Aerobactin synthase (iucC), Ligand-gated channel protein (fyuA), Ferric enterobactin receptor (iroN) and Aerobaction siderophore ferric receptor (iutA), all of them involved in iron transport under iron-stressed conditions; Temperature-sensitive hemagglutinin tsh autotransporter (tsh) can act both as an adhesin and as a serine protease; Colicin-V immunity protein (cvi) protects a cell against colicin V; Protein iss (iss) increases serum survival and confers group II surface exclusion; Chaperone protein (fimC) required for the biogenesis of type 1 fimbriae; ompT protein (ompT) aspartyl protease found on the outer membrane and Hemolysin F (hlyF) fatty-acyl-CoA reductase activity.

Feline disease pathogens Bartonella henselae, Cytauxzoon spp., Leishmania spp., Anaplasma phagocytophilum, and Mycoplasmas Haemo Group detection test kit by using qPCR. Infectious diseases in cats are caused by a wide variety of infectious agents including bacteria, protozoa, and helminths. This panel is designed to detect most of the common infections in cats as Bartonella henselae, Cytauxzoon spp., Leishmania spp., Anaplasma phagocytophilum, and Mycoplasmas Haemo Group which includes, among other haemoplasmas, Mycoplasma haemofelis, Candidatus Mycoplasma haemominutum, and Candidatus Mycoplasma turicensis.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Canine disease pathogens Panel
Detection test kit for Canine disease pathogens detection by using qPCR: Ehrlichia spp., Anaplasma spp., Babesia spp., Leishmania spp., Brucella spp., Dirofilariimmiti, Hepatozoon spp., Mycoplasma haemofelis/haemocanis and Bartonella henselae. Infectious diseases in dogs are caused by a wide variety of infectious agents including viruses, bacteria, and parasites (protozoa and helminths). Most of them have their own morbidity and mortality in dogs and some of these infections are of zoonotic relevance. This panel is designed to detect most of the common infections in dogs as: Ehrlichia spp., Anaplasma spp., Babesia spp., Leishmania spp., Brucella spp., Dirofilaria immitis, Hepatozoon spp., Mycoplasma haemofelis/haemocanis and Bartonella henselae.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Campylobacter coli
Detection test kit of Campylobacter coli by using qPCR. Campylobacter coli usually lives in the intestinal tract of animals. C. coli is very similar to its bacteria relative, Campylobacter jejuni; both cause inflammation of the intestine and cause diarrhea in infected animals and humans. C. coli is of the worldwide prevalence and is common in both developed and developing countries with most outbreaks related to food or water-borne causes.
