Description
The Real Time PCR Detection Kit Panel Norovirus genogroup 1 and 2 comprises a series of specific targeted reagents designed for Norovirus genogroups 1 and 2 detection by using qPCR
GENERAL INFORMATION:Norovirus genogroups 1 and 2 (GI and GII) are non-enveloped, single-stranded RNA viruses with icosahedral symmetry of the genus Norovirus, classified within the family Caliciviridae. The genus Norovirus contains a single species, Norwalk virus, which is divided into several genogroups. Noroviruses are the leading cause of acute viral gastroenteritis worldwide and primarily infect humans of all ages, although some genogroups can also infect animals.
Most human infections are caused by genogroup I and II viruses. Clinical manifestations include nausea, vomiting, watery diarrhoea, abdominal pain and occasionally fever, with symptoms typically resolving within 1 to 3 days. Transmission occurs primarily through the faecal-oral route, including ingestion of contaminated food or water, direct person-to-person contact, and contact with contaminated surfaces. Noroviruses are globally distributed and highly stable in the environment, which contributes to their ability to cause large and recurrent outbreaks.
KIT CHARACTERISTICS:
Assay Mix Target composed by singleplex mixtures of specific forward/reverse primers and probe.
- Resuspension buffer
DNase/RNase free water
- (OPTIONAL) Internal Control Assay Mix
- Mastermix solution
- Positive control

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Human bocavirus 1
Human bocavirus 1 detection test kit by using qPCR. HBoV-1 and HBoV-3 (and Gorilla bocaparvovirus) are members of the species Primate bocaparvovirus 1 whereas viruses HBoV-2 and HBoV-4 belong to the species Primate bocaparvovirus 2. HBoV-1 is strongly implicated in causing some cases of lower or upper respiratory tract infection, especially in young children.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Puumala virus
Detection test kit of Puumala virus by using qPCR. Puumala virus is a species of Hantavirus. Humans infected with the virus may develop a hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) known as a nephropathic epidemic. Because the bank vole (Myodes glareolus) acts as a reservoir for the virus, nephropathic epidemic cases track with the vole population in a three- to a four-year cycle.
