GENERAL INFORMATION:Leptospira is a genus of flexible, spiral-shaped, Gram-negative spirochetes with internal flagella. It is widely distributed, predominantly inhabiting stagnant water reservoirs such as bogs, lakes, ponds, and puddles, excluding Antarctica. These bacteria naturally infect a variety of animals hosts including cattle, pigs, horses, dogs, and rodents. Human infection, known as leptospirosis, present symptoms ranging from high fever to gastrointestinal distress, caused by contact with contaminated water or soil containing the urine of infected animals. Guernier et al. (2018) provided a phylogenetic classification of Leptospira species into three clusters based on their pathogenic potential. Among these, L. interrogans, L. kirschneri, L. borgpetersenii, L. mayottensis, L. santarosai, L. noguchii, L. weilii, L. kmetyi, L. tipperaryensis, L. alexandreri, and L. alstonii were identified as pathogenic. Our assay targets a signature region to detect this pathogenic cluster. However, due to the dynamic nature of Leptospira, variations in pathogenic species may result in strains not detected by the assay.

The Real Time PCR detection Kit Mycobacterium abscessus dtec-qPCR comprises a series of specific targeted reagents designed for Mycobacterium abscessus detection by using qPCR.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Shigella spp.

Shigella spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. Shigella is closely related to E. coli. Shigella is the causative agent of human shigellosis, affecting primates, but not in other mammals. It is only naturally found in humans and gorillas. During infection, it typically causes dysentery. Shigella is one of the leading bacterial causes of diarrhea worldwide.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Enterococcus spp.

Enterococcus spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. The most common species are E. faecalis and E. faecium. Important clinical infections caused by Enterococcus species include urinary tract infections, bacteraemia, bacterial endocarditis, diverticulitis, and meningitis.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Mycobacterium spp.

Mycobacterium spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. Mycobacterium are widespread organisms, typically living in water and food sources. Some, however, including tuberculosis and leprosy organisms, appear to be obligate parasites and are not found as free-living members of the genus. Over 190 species are recognized in this genus which includes pathogens known to cause serious diseases in mammals.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rickettsia spp.

Detection test kit of Rickettsia spp. by using qPCR. Rickettsia are carried by many ticks, fleas, and lice, and cause diseases in humans such as typhus, rickettsialpox, Boutonneuse fever, African tick bite fever, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, Flinders Island spotted fever and Queensland tick typhus (Australian Tick Typhus). They have also been associated with a range of plant diseases.
