DNAnimal Ident Water Buffalo IPC (LR)
Real-time PCR detection of water buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) DNA in animal-derived samples.
This real-time PCR kit provides the reagents required for the qualitative detection of water buffalo DNA in food and feed samples from which DNA of sufficient quality and quantity has been extracted. The assay specifically targets the Bubalus genus (Asian buffalo) and includes an Internal Positive Control (IPC) to monitor PCR inhibition and ensure the reliability of every reaction, reducing the risk of false-negative results.
The assay is based on real-time PCR using species-specific primers and fluorescent hydrolysis probes, enabling sensitive and specific detection of the target DNA sequence throughout the amplification process.
