DNAnimal Ident Goose IPC
Real-time PCR detection of goose DNA in animal-derived samples.
The DNAnimal Ident Goose IPC real-time PCR detection kit provides qualitative detection of goose DNA in food and feed samples from which DNA of sufficient quality and quantity has been extracted. The assay is based on real-time PCR amplification using goose-specific primers and fluorescent hydrolysis probes, enabling sensitive and specific detection of the target DNA sequence.
An internal positive control (IPC) is included in the Master Mix and is amplified in parallel with the target DNA. This control monitors PCR inhibition in every individual sample, helping to prevent false-negative results and ensuring the reliability of the analysis.
The kit is intended for food authenticity testing, species identification, food fraud investigations and regulatory compliance. It is compatible with major real-time PCR platforms, including Bio-Rad CFX96 Touch™, Agilent AriaMx™, Agilent Mx3005P™/Mx3000P™, Applied Biosystems™ 7500/7500 Fast, Roche LightCycler® 480 and Applied Biosystems™ 7900.
