DNAnimal Ident Duck IPC
Real-time PCR kit for the qualitative detection of duck (Anas platyrhynchos and Cairina moschata) DNA in food and feed samples.
The DNAnimal Ident Duck IPC kit is designed for the specific detection of duck DNA in food and feed matrices from which DNA of sufficient quality and quantity can be extracted. The assay is based on real-time PCR technology using target-specific primers and fluorescent probes, providing sensitive and highly specific detection of the target sequence.
An Internal Positive Control (IPC) is included in the Master Mix and is co-amplified in every reaction to monitor PCR inhibition, ensuring reliable results and minimizing the risk of false-negative outcomes.
