Anatoxin-a (VFDF) ELISA Kit
The Anatoxin-a (VFDF) ELISA Kit is designed for the detection and quantification of anatoxin-a, a potent neurotoxic alkaloid produced by certain species of cyanobacteria (blue-green algae), in water samples.
Anatoxin-a is one of the most potent cyanobacterial neurotoxins and acts on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors at the neuromuscular junction, causing sustained stimulation and depolarization of muscle cells.
