Enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative determination of human A ß (1-42) in cerebrospinal fluid, cell culture supernatant or the extract from brain tissue.
INTENDED USE:This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.
GENERAL INFORMATION:This kit is a solid phase sandwich ELISA using 2 kinds of high specific antibodies. Tetra Methyl Benzidine (TMB) is used as coloring agent (Chromogen). The strength of coloring is in proportion to the quantities of human Aβ(1-42).
