REAL-TIME PCR SYSTEM 96 TUBES
Equipment with no calibration required, with modular design with multiple functions: automatic dehumidification, independent temperature control, sample storage at low temperature (4ºC), quantitative fluorescence analysis. Excellent performance and low energy consumption. Thermostat via Peltier ( Ferrotec system) with automatic thermostated lid , without oil. Internal microprocessor control via color touch screen. Software that allows to configure protocols in an easy and intuitive way and complete analysis of the results, including among others absolute and relative quantification. Several models are available that differ in the number of optical reading channels: 4, 5 or 6 optical channels.

REAL-TIME PCR SYSTEM 96 TUBES OR 48 TUBES
PCR system, with high detection capability and dynamic range, and a long-lasting LED excitation source, without maintenance or preheating. Better temperature control and uniformity are achieved with a constant current supply system and a multi-point temperature control module. Lower readout optics reduce interference between excitation and emission light and between samples, which greatly improves the “signal-to-background noise” ratio. Thermostat via Peltier ( Ferrotec system) with automatic thermostatized lid , without oil and with adjustable height. Control and data analysis when connected to a PC or tablet through software that allows you to configure protocols in a simple and intuitive way and automatically carry out a complete analysis of the results.
