qPCR kit for the detection of Senecavirus A (SVA) in various pig samples

DESCRIPTION:
This kit is a qPCR assay that allows detecting The Senecavirus A genome in porcine sample

SUMMARY AND EXPLANATION:
The Senecavirus A (SVA) is a single-stranded positive-sense RNA virus, belonging to the genus Senecavirus in the family Picornaviridae. Since its discovery in 1998, SVA has been reported in several swine populations including recently the USA, Brazil, and China. SVA causes vesicular disease in pigs, clinically indistinguishable from those of other vesicular diseases such as foot-and-mouth disease (FMD), swine vesicular disease (SVD), vesicular stomatitis (VS), or vesicular exanthema of swine (VES). Clinical signs are characterized by vesicles on the snouts, coronary bands, and teats, lameness, anorexia, and fever. The virus has also been associated with increased neonatal mortality. PCR is the most efficient tool to identify the virus in various samples and differentiate it from other vesicular diseases viruses.

CHARACTERISTICS:
- Test per kit: 50 samples
- qPCR Results within two hours

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rift valley fever virus

Detection test kit of all serotypes of Rift valley fever virus species by using qPCR. Rift valley fever virus (RVFV) is responsible for Rift valley fever, a viral zoonosis that primarily affects animals but also has the capacity to infect humans. Infection can cause severe diseases in both animals and humans. The virus is transmitted through mosquito vectors, as well as through contact with the tissue of infected animals. Contact with infected tissue is considered to be the main source of human infections. The disease also results in significant economic losses due to death and abortion among RVF-infected livestock.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Swine influenza A virus (H1N1 H3N2 and H1N2)

Swine influenza A virus (H1N1, H3N2 and H1N2) detection test kit by using qPCR. There are different subtypes of influenza A known to affect swine, but the three common strains are H1N1, H1N2 and H3N2. Swine influenza A virus is responsible for swine influenza, also called pig influenza, swine flu, hog flu and pig flu. Swine influenza virus is common throughout pig populations worldwide. In pigs, influenza infection produces fever, lethargy, sneezing, coughing, difficulty breathing and decreased appetite.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Schmallenberg virus

Detection test kit of Schmallenberg virus by using qPCR. Schmallenberg virus (SBV) cause congenital malformations and stillbirths in cattle, sheep, goats, and possibly alpaca. It appears to be transmitted by midges (Culicoides spp.). It has also been detected in most countries of Europe.
