Real Time PCR Detection Kit Small ruminant morbillivirus virus

Brand: GPCRs
Small ruminant morbillivirus ("Peste-des-petits-ruminants virus") detection test kit by using qPCR. The small ruminant virus is responsible for the Small ruminant morbillivirus disease of sheep and goats. Illness and death can be high (>90%) when Small ruminant morbillivirus occurs in populations of immunologically naive sheep and goats. A unique serotype of PPRV circulates and is classified into 4 genetically distinct lineages with important economic effects.

Background:Small ruminant morbillivirus ("Peste-des-petits-ruminants virus") detection by using qPCR.
The small ruminant virus is a negative-sense, single-stranded RNA virus of the genus Morbillivirus, responsible for the Small ruminant morbillivirus disease of sheep and goats. Illness and death can be high (>90%) when Small ruminant morbillivirus occurs in populations of immunologically naive sheep and goats. Mortality rates are 10% to 40% in disease-endemic areas. Small ruminant morbillivirus has shown rapid spread throughout large areas of Africa and Asia. A unique serotype of PPRV circulates and is classified into 4 genetically distinct lineages with important economic effects.

Detection test kit of Schmallenberg virus by using qPCR. Schmallenberg virus (SBV) cause congenital malformations and stillbirths in cattle, sheep, goats, and possibly alpaca. It appears to be transmitted by midges (Culicoides spp.). It has also been detected in most countries of Europe.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Camelpox virus

Camelpox virus detection test kit by using qPCR. The Camelpox virus, that causes Camelpox, causing infections in camels. . A large proportion of camels acutely infected with the Camelpox virus die, although death is often attributed to a secondary infection.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Canine distemper virus

Canine distemper virus (CDV) detection test kit by using qPCR. Canine distemper is a viral disease that is most commonly associated with domestic animals such as dogs and ferrets, although it can infect wild animals as well. Despite extensive vaccination in many regions, it remains a major disease in dogs.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Bluetongue virus

Bluetongue virus detection test kit by using qPCR. The BTV virus is responsible for the bluetongue disease, affecting ruminants, mainly sheep, and less frequently cattle, goats, buffalo, deer, dromedaries, and antelope. BTV is a non-contagious by contact and insect-borne acute disease with high morbidity and mortality which may be next to 90 percent.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Equine arteritis virus

Equine arteritis virus detection test kit by using qPCR. It is the causative agent of equine viral arteritis, a contagious disease highly species-specific and exclusively limited to equids (horses, donkeys, mules, and zebra). Equine arteritis virus infection can cause fever, lethargy, nasal discharge, conjunctivitis, urticaria, and swelling of the limbs and under the belly.
