Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rickettsia spp.

Brand: GPCRs
Detection test kit of Rickettsia spp. by using qPCR. Rickettsia are carried by many ticks, fleas, and lice, and cause diseases in humans such as typhus, rickettsialpox, Boutonneuse fever, African tick bite fever, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, Flinders Island spotted fever and Queensland tick typhus (Australian Tick Typhus). They have also been associated with a range of plant diseases.

Background:Detection of Rickettsia spp. by using qPCR.
Rickettsia is a genus of non-motile, Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, highly pleomorphic bacteria. The name rickettsia is often used for any member of the Rickettsiales. They are obligate intracellular parasites: Rickettsia survival depends on entry, growth, and replication within the cytoplasm of eukaryotic host cells (typically endothelial cells). As a consequence of this, Rickettsia cannot live in artificial nutrient environments but can grow either in tissue or embryo cultures. In the past, they were positioned somewhere between viruses and true bacteria. However, Rickettsial organisms possess true cell walls similar to other gram-negative bacteria. Rickettsia species are carried by many ticks, fleas, and lice, and cause diseases in humans such as typhus, rickettsialpox, Boutonneuse fever, African tick bite fever, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, Flinders Island spotted fever and Queensland tick typhus (Australian Tick Typhus). They have also been associated with a range of plant diseases. Despite the similar name, Rickettsia bacteria do not cause rickets, which is a result of vitamin D deficiency.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Shigella spp.

Shigella spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. Shigella is closely related to E. coli. Shigella is the causative agent of human shigellosis, affecting primates, but not in other mammals. It is only naturally found in humans and gorillas. During infection, it typically causes dysentery. Shigella is one of the leading bacterial causes of diarrhea worldwide.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Enterococcus spp.

Enterococcus spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. The most common species are E. faecalis and E. faecium. Important clinical infections caused by Enterococcus species include urinary tract infections, bacteraemia, bacterial endocarditis, diverticulitis, and meningitis.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Fusobacterium nucleatum

Fusobacterium nucleatum by using qPCR. Fusobacterium nucleatum, an opportunistic pathogen, is thought to promote dental plaque formation. It is one of the most common oral species isolated from extra-oral infections, including blood, brain, chest, lung, liver, joint, abdominal, obstetrical and gynecological infections and abscesses.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Treponema denticola

Detection test kit of Treponema denticola by using qPCR. Treponema denticola is associated with the incidence and severity of human periodontal disease. Treponema denticola levels in the mouth are elevated in patients with periodontal diseases and the species is considered one of the main etiological agents of periodontitis.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Tannerella forsythia

Detection test kit of Tannerella forsythia by using qPCR. Tannerella forsythia (previously named Bacteroides forsythus) is an anaerobic, gram negative species of bacteria strongly associated with chronic periodontitis, an inflammatory disease of the tooth-supporting tissues, leading to tooth loss.
