Real Time PCR Detection Kit Porcine circovirus type 3 (PCV3)

Brand: GPCRs
Porcine circovirus type 3 detection test kit by using qPCR. Porcine circovirus type 3 (PCV-3) is able to infect swine. This novel virus was isolated from tissues of pigs suffering from porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome, reproductive failure, myocarditis, and multisystemic inflammation. It is thought that PCV-3 has a horizontal transmission and vertical transmission because the viral genome was detected in feces, nasal swabs, oral fluids, trucks transporting pigs, fetuses, semen and colostrum.

Background:Porcine circovirus type 3 detection by using qPCR.
Porcine circovirus type 3 (PCV-3) is a non-enveloped DNA virus with a single-stranded circular genome. It represents the third member of the genus Circovirus, in the family Circoviridae, and it is able to infect swine. This novel virus was isolated in North Carolina in 2015 from tissues of pigs suffering from porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome, reproductive failure, myocarditis, and multisystemic inflammation. It is thought that PCV-3 has a horizontal transmission and vertical transmission because the viral genome was detected in feces, nasal swabs, oral fluids, trucks transporting pigs, fetuses, semen and colostrum. However, knowledge about PCV-3 is still very limited and there is not yet any clue on its potential pathogenesis.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2)

Porcine circovirus type 2 detection test kit by using qPCR. Porcine circovirus has 2 strains: type 1 and type 2. PCV1 readily infects but doesn’t produce clinical disease, suggesting that PCV1 is non-pathogenic. PCV-2 causes PCV-associated disease (PCVAD) and can be manifested as a systemic disease, as part of the respiratory disease complex, as an enteric disease, as porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome, or as reproductive problems.

REAL TIME PCR DETECTION TEST KIT Porcine circovirus type 2 and 3 (PCV2-PCV3) duplex Swinecheck

This kit is a qPCR assay that allows detecting Porcine circovirus type 2 and 3 in porcine sample

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Canine and feline parvoviruses

Canine and feline parvoviruses detection test kit by using qPCR. Also known as Feline panleukopenia virus. FPLV and CPV-2 transmission occurs among carnivores. Transmission is through contact with an infected animal’s body fluids (usually feces) and is extremely virulent and contagious. The signs are similarly leading to lethargy, bloody diarrhea, dehydration, and often death. Secondary infections can occur due to a decrease in the white blood cells, thus compromising the immune system.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Feline calicivirus

Feline calicivirus (FCV) detection test kit by using qPCR. Feline calicivirus (FCV) causes disease in cats. It is one of the two important viral causes of respiratory infection in cats, the other being feline herpesvirus. Cheetahs are the other species of the family Felidae known to become infected naturally.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Feline coronavirus

Feline coronavirus (FCoV) detection test kit by using qPCR. Feline coronavirus (FCoV) is infectious to cats. This virus is part of the coronavirus group 1, which includes the porcine gastroenteritis swine coronavirus (TGEV), the canine coronavirus (CCOV) and human coronavirus 229E. The FCoV has two different forms; the FECV (Feline enteric coronavirus) that infects the intestines and the FIPV (Feline infectious peritonitis virus) that causes the disease feline infectious peritonitis.
