Real Time PCR Detection Kit Mycoplasma spp. Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae and Mycoplasma capricolum Panel

Brand: GPCRs
Caprine mycoplasmas Mycoplasma spp., Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae and Mycoplasma capricolum detection test kit by using qPCR. They parasitize, on the surface or intracellularly, a wide range of organisms including humans, plants, animals, and insects. M. ovipneumoniae is a respiratory pathogen of domestic sheep, domestic goats, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, and another caprine that can both cause primary atypical pneumonia and predispose infected animals to secondary pneumonia with other agents. M. capricolum subsp. capripneumoniae is the etiologic agent of contagious caprine pleuropneumonia, a severe and typically lethal respiratory disease. M. capricolum subsp. capricolum infection is usually non-fatal and instead results in chronic inflammation in a variety of organs, including joints, udder, eyes, and lungs. M. capricolum subsp. capricolum infection occurs worldwide and appears widespread but has rarely been found in species of small ruminants other than domestic goats and, occasionally, sheep.

Background:Caprine mycoplasmas Mycoplasma spp., Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae and Mycoplasma capricolum detection by using qPCR.
Mycoplasma is a genus of bacteria that lack a cell wall around their cell membrane. There are no free-living Mycoplasma, they are strict parasites. They parasitize, on the surface or intracellularly, a wide range of organisms including humans, plants, animals, and insects. More than 100 species have been included in the genus Mycoplasma with a high degree of diversity. M. ovipneumoniae is a respiratory pathogen of domestic sheep, domestic goats, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, and another caprine that can both cause primary atypical pneumonia and predispose infected animals to secondary pneumonia with other agents. M. capricolum subsp. capripneumoniae is the etiologic agent of contagious caprine pleuropneumonia, a severe and typically lethal respiratory disease. M. capricolum subsp. capricolum infection is usually non-fatal and instead results in chronic inflammation in a variety of organs, including joints, udder, eyes, and lungs. Real Time PCR Detection Kit Mycoplasma spp.

Mycoplasma spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. Mycoplasma parasitize, on the surface or intracellularly, a wide range of organisms including humans, plants, animals, and insects. When Mycoplasma acts as a pathogen they cause chronic but mild infections that rarely kill their host.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Ehrlichia spp.

Ehrlichia species by using qPCR. Ehrlichia spp. can cause infection (Ehrlichiosis) in humans. These diseases are considered zoonotic as the main reservoir for the pathogen is in animals, usually mammals species. These agents are transmitted through the bite of an infected tick. Rodents, deer, roe deer, foxes, cattle, sheep, goats, horses, and dogs are reservoirs of these bacteria. Infection in humans is manifested as a nonspecific flu-like illness.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Leptospira spp.

Leptospira species detection test kit by using qPCR. Leptospira is a genus of bacteria that causes Leptospirosis (also known as Weil’s syndrome, canicola fever, canefield fever, nanukayami fever, 7-day fever, Rat Catcher’s Yellows, Fort Bragg fever, black jaundice, and Pretibial fever) and affects humans as well as other animals. The infection is commonly transmitted to humans by allowing water that has been contaminated by animal urine to come in contact with unhealed breaks in the skin, the eyes, or the mucous membranes.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Brucella spp.

Brucella spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. Brucella is the cause of brucellosis, which is zoonosis. It is transmitted by ingesting contaminated food, direct contact with an infected animal, or inhalation of aerosols. Some of the names for brucellosis include (human disease/animal disease): Malta fever/Bang’s disease, Undulant fever/enzootic abortion, Mediterranean fever/epizootic abortion, Rock fever of Gibraltar/slinking of calves, Gastric fever/ram epididymitis and Contagious abortion/spontaneous abortion.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Mycoplasma haemolamae (Candidatus)

Mycoplasma haemolamae (Candidatus) detection test kit by using qPCR. Candidatus Mycoplasma haemolamae (formerly known as Eperythrozoon), is a red blood cell parasitic bacterium of llamas and alpacas. The bacterium attaches to the host red blood cells causing light to severe anemia.
