Background:Helicobacter pylori detection by using qPCR.
Helicobacter pylori (previously Campylobacter pylori), is a Gram-negative, microaerophilic bacterium belonging to the family Helicobacteraceae. It is found usually in the stomach, which appears to inhabit the mucous layer overlying the gastric epithelial cells in humans. More than a half of the world’s population is carriers of H. pylori in their upper gastrointestinal tract. Up to 85% of people infected with H. pylori never experience symptoms or complications. But individuals infected, have a 10 to 20% lifetime risk of developing peptic ulcers and a 1 to 2% risk of acquiring stomach cancer.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Clostridium difficile

Clostridium difficile detection test kit by using qPCR. Pathogenic C. difficile strains produce multiple toxins. The most characterized are enterotoxin (Clostridium difficile toxin A) and cytotoxin (Clostridium difficile toxin B), both of which may produce diarrhea and inflammation in infected patients. Most cases of Clostridium difficile colitis are nosocomial infections.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Klebsiella pneumoniae

Klebsiella pneumoniae detection test kit by using qPCR. Klebsiella pneumoniae can cause different types of healthcare-associated infections, including pneumonia, bloodstream infections, wound or surgical infections, urinary tract infections, and meningitis. Despite the most common condition caused outside the hospital is pneumonia, in recent years, Klebsiella species have become important pathogens in nosocomial infections.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Tannerella forsythia

Detection test kit of Tannerella forsythia by using qPCR. Tannerella forsythia (previously named Bacteroides forsythus) is an anaerobic, gram negative species of bacteria strongly associated with chronic periodontitis, an inflammatory disease of the tooth-supporting tissues, leading to tooth loss.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Acinetobacter baumannii

Acinetobacter baumannii detection test kit by using qPCR. Opportunistic pathogen in humans, important as a hospital-derived infection (nosocomial). It has also been isolated from soil and water samples in the environment.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Porphyromonas gingivalis

Detection test kit of Porphyromonas gingivalis by using qPCR. Porphyromonas gingivalis resides in the mouth below the gingival surface. It is one of the common pathogens in early-onset periodontitis. It is usually found with, Treptonema denticola and Bacteroides forsythus. Despite is usually found in the oral cavity, as well could be in the upper gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract, and in colon.
