Real Time PCR Detection Kit Crimean–Congo haemorrhagic fever virus

Brand: GPCRs
Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever virus detection test kit by using qPCR. It is the most widespread tick-borne viral infection worldwide. The virus causes severe viral hemorrhagic fever outbreaks, with a case fatality rate up to 40 %. Transmission to humans occurs through contact with infected ticks (Hyalomma genus) or domestic and wild animals.

Background:Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever virus detection by using qPCR.
Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever virus is a segmented negative-sense single-stranded RNA virus, a member of the Nairovirus genus in the Bunyaviridae family. It is the most widespread tick-borne viral infection worldwide: it has been reported in many regions of Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. The virus causes severe viral hemorrhagic fever outbreaks, with a case fatality rate up to 40 %. Transmission to humans occurs through contact with infected ticks (Hyalomma genus) or domestic and wild animals. There is no apparent disease in these animals. Human-to-human transmission can occur resulting from close contact with the blood, secretions, organs, or other bodily fluids of infected persons. There is no vaccine available for either people or animals.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Ebola virus

Ebola virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Ebola virus can infect different animals and are responsible for Ebola hemorrhagic fever, a severe disease in humans and primates. Ebola can spread in the community through human-to-human transmission, with infection resulting from direct contact (through broken skin or mucous membranes) with the blood, secretions, organs or other bodily fluids of infected people, and indirect contact with environments contaminated with such fluids.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Dobrava-Belgrade virus

Detection test kit of the “phylogenetic core” of the Dobrova-Belgrade virus by using qPCR. This qPCR test would cover the core of DOBV. This cluster includes the reference strains described for the virus and the Dobrava-Belgrade virus.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit West Nile virus

West Nile virus detection test kit by using qPCR. West Nile virus transmission is via various species of mosquitoes, which are the prime vector, with birds being the most commonly infected animal and serving as the prime reservoir host. Humans, horses and other mammals can be infected.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Hepatitis B virus

Hepatitis B virus by using qPCR. Hepatitis B is an infectious illness of the liver that affects hominoidea, including humans. The infection can cause chronic liver disease and chronic infection and puts people at high risk of death from cirrhosis of the liver and liver cancer.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Human immunodeficiency virus 1

Human immunodeficiency virus 2 detection test kit by using qPCR. The virus causes HIV infection and, over time, an acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Infection with HIV occurs by the transfer of blood, semen, vaginal fluid, pre-ejaculate, or breast milk. Due to its high genetic variability, HIV can be divided into two major types, HIV type 1 and HIV type 2. HIV-1 is the most common and pathogenic strain of the virus. HIV-2 has not been widely recognized outside of Africa, has lower virulence and infectivity but still can cause AIDS.
