Real Time PCR Detection Kit Clostridium perfringens

Brand: GPCRs
Clostridium perfringens detection test kit by using qPCR. Formerly known as C. welchii, or Bacillus welchii. C. perfringens is one of the most common causes of food poisoning, by poorly prepared meat. Persons infected develop diarrhea and abdominal cramps. Also, it is the first causative agent of gas gangrene.

Background:Clostridium perfringens detection by using qPCR.
Clostridium perfringens (formerly known as C. welchii, or Bacillus welchii) is a spore-forming Gram-positive bacterium that is found in many environmental sources as well as in the intestines of humans and animals. C. perfringens is one of the most common causes of food poisoning, by poorly prepared meat or food properly prepared but left to stand too long. Persons infected develop diarrhea and abdominal cramps within 6 to 24 hours (typically 8-12). The illness usually begins suddenly and lasts for less than 24 hours. Also, it is the first causative agent of gas gangrene.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Vibrio parahaemolyticus

Vibrio parahaemolyticus by using qPCR. Vibrio parahaemolyticus when ingested, causes gastrointestinal illness in humans. While infection can occur via the fecal-oral route, ingestion of bacteria in raw or undercooked seafood, usual oysters, is the predominant cause of the acute gastroenteritis caused by V. parahaemolyticus. Wound infections also occur, but are less common than seafood-borne diseases.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Clostridium perfringens Major Toxins Panel (alpha beta epsilon and iota)

Detection test kit of the 4 major toxins from Clostridium perfringens (alpha, beta, epsilon and iota) by using qPCR. Clostridium perfringens is a ubiquitous pathogen that produces many toxins and hydrolytic enzymes related to different diseases. This bacterium has 5 different toxin types (named A, B, C, D and E) and 4 major toxins (named Alpha, Beta, Epsilon and Iota).

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Vibrio spp.

Vibrio spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. Vibrio are commonly found in marine or estuarine environments. However, they can be found in freshwater environments as well. Several species of the Vibrio genus can cause foodborne infection, usually associated with eating undercooked seafood. Despite most disease-causing strains being associated with gastroenteritis, can also infect open wounds and cause septicemia. Many Vibrio species are also zoonotic. They cause disease in fish and shellfish and are common causes of mortality among marine life. Some examples of pathogenic Vibrio species include V. cholera, V. parahaemolyticus, and V. vulnificus.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Vibrio cholerae

Detection test kit of Vibrio cholerae strains by using qPCR. Some strains of V.cholerae cause the disease cholera.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Listeria innocua

Listeria innocua detection test kit by using qPCR. Listeria innocua is harmless to other organisms. It lacks the 10-kb virulence locus, present in L. monocytogenes, that is needed for pathogenicity. It is widely found in the environment (such as soil) and food sources. Can survive in extreme pH and temperature, as well as high salt concentration.
