Real Time PCR Detection Kit Bovine herpesvirus 2

Brand: GPCRs
Bovine herpesvirus 2 detection test kit by using qPCR. Bovine herpesvirus 2 causes two diseases in cattle, bovine, mammillitis and pseudo-lumpy skin disease. Pseudo-lumpy skin disease manifests with generalized superficial skin lesions over the body and fever. BoHV-2 probably spreads through an arthropod vector but can also be spread through milkers and milking machines.

Background:Bovine herpesvirus 2 detection by using qPCR.
Bovine herpesvirus 2 is a virus of the family Herpesviridae that causes two diseases in cattle, bovine, mammillitis and pseudo-lumpy skin disease. Pseudo-lumpy skin disease manifests with generalized superficial skin lesions over the body and fever. The disease is uncommon and heals within a few weeks. Bovine mammillitis is characterized by vesicular and erosive lesions with necrotic ulceration on the skin of the udder and teats. The difference in clinical manifestations between the two diseases may be caused by the strain of the virus or the method of infection. BoHV-2 probably spreads through an arthropod vector but can also be spread through milkers and milking machines.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Bovine herpesvirus 1

Detection test kit of Bovine herpesvirus 1 (BoHV-1) by using qPCR. BoHV-1 known to cause several diseases worldwide in cattle including rhinotracheitis, vaginitis, balanoposthitis, abortion, conjunctivitis and enteritis. BoHV-1 is also a contributing factor in shipping fever, also known as Bovine Respiratory Disease (BRD). Infection may occur in cattle and it is spread horizontally through sexual contact, artificial insemination, and aerosol transmission and it may also be transmitted vertically across the placenta.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Gallid herpesvirus 2

Detection test kit of Gallid herpesvirus 2 species by using qPCR. Gallid herpesvirus 2 (or Marek’s disease virus; MDV). GaHV-2 is responsible for Marek’s disease, a highly contagious viral neoplastic disease in chickens. The route of infection is usually respiratory and the disease is highly contagious being spread by infective feather-follicle dander, fomites, etc. Infected birds remain viraemic for life. Diagnosis in poultry is complicated due to multiple etiological agents capable of causing very similar tumors.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Suid herpesvirus 1 (Aujeszky’s disease)

Suid herpesvirus 1 detection test kit by using qPCR. Suid herpesvirus 1 is responsible of Aujeszky’s disease in swine, usually called pseudorabies. Aujeszky’s disease is considered to be the most economically important viral disease of swine in areas where classical swine fever (hog cholera) has been eradicated. Other mammals, such as cattle, sheep, goats, horses, cats, dogs, and raccoons, are also susceptible. In piglets, signs are much more severe and many die within 2 days.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Canine herpesvirus 1

Canine herpesvirus 1 detection test kit by using qPCR. Canine herpesvirus is one of the leading causes of death in newborn puppies (and wild Canidae). Canine herpes virus is transmitted to puppies in the birth canal and by contact with infected oral and nasal secretions from the mother or other infected dogs. The disease can cause abortion, stillbirths, and infertility.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Equine herpesvirus 1

Detection test kit of Equine herpesvirus 1 species by using qPCR. EHV-1 belongs to the family Herpesviridae which causes abortion, respiratory disease, and occasionally neonatal mortality in horses. Together with EHV-4, are known to produce equine rhinopneumonitis.
