Rapid Test for Egg - food and surfaces

Dip-stick tests for the allergen Egg in food, rinsing water and working surfaces. The kits contain all materials required for running the test. Can be used for food, rinsing water and working surfaces.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Rapid test for Egg is a qualitative immunochromatographic test, in strip format, to detect egg protein (ovalbumin) in food and working surfaces. Ovalbumin, together with ovomucoid, ovotransferrin and lisozyme are the main allergens in egg.
The test is based on the detection of the ovalbumin, which reacts with a specific antibody coated to red particles in the strip.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
-Limit of Detection in food: 0.5 ppm of egg protein
-Limit of Detection on surfaces: 0.2 µg of egg protein.
-Rehearsal time: 10 minutes.
-Shelf life: 12 months.
-Storage: 15-25°C
