Real Time PCR Detection Kit Respiratory Pig Diseases Panel

Brand: GPCRs
Respiratory pig diseases Haemophilus parasuis, Mycoplasma hyorhinis and Mycoplasma hyosynoviae detection test kit by using qPCR. Haemophilus parasuis, Mycoplasma hyorhinis and Mycoplasma hyosynoviae are respiratory diseases of pigs capable of persisting in a large number of animals for indefinite periods. They may be of little importance in weanling pig operations but become of major importance in high-density herds.

Background:Respiratory pig diseases Haemophilus parasuis, Mycoplasma hyorhinis and Mycoplasma hyosynoviae detection by using qPCR.
Haemophilus parasuis, Mycoplasma hyorhinis and Mycoplasma hyosynoviae are respiratory diseases of pigs capable of persisting in a large number of animals for indefinite periods. The severity and economic importance are related to population density and to the type and size of the herd. They may be of little importance in weanling pig operations but become of major importance in high-density herds. Despite mortality usually is low, economic damage results from an adverse effect on growth rates, decreased feeding efficiency, and additional costs of treatment drugs.
H. parasuis is one of the most important bacteria affecting pigs, responsible of Glasser’s disease and other diseases, as well as contributing to bacterial pneumonia. M. hyorhinis is often found as a commensal in the respiratory tract of pigs. It is thought to facilitate and exacerbate the development of diseases such as porcine enzootic pneumonia and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome. M. hyosynoviae is one of the causing agents of infectious arthritis in pigs it is ubiquitous and most, if not all herds are infected with it.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Canine diseases Panel

Canine diseases Ehrlichia spp., Anaplasma spp., Babesia spp., Leishmania spp., Brucella spp. and Dirofilaria immitis detection test kit by using qPCR. Infectious diseases in dogs are caused by a wide variety of infectious agents including viruses, bacteria, and parasites (protozoa and helminths). Most of them have their own morbidity and mortality in dogs and some of these infections are of zoonotic relevance, thus also posing a risk to the human population. Among the most common infections in dogs are Ehrlichia spp., Anaplasma spp., Babesia spp., Leishmania spp., Brucella spp., Dirofilaria immitis.

Infectious diseases in dogs are caused by a wide variety of infectious agents including viruses, bacteria, and parasites (protozoa and helminths). Most of them have their own morbidity and mortality in dogs and some of these infections are of zoonotic relevance. This panel is designed to detect most of the common infections in dogs as: Ehrlichia spp., Anaplasma spp., Babesia spp., Leishmania spp., Brucella spp., Dirofilaria immitis, Hepatozoon spp., Mycoplasma haemofelis/haemocanis and Bartonella henselae.

This panel is designed to detect most of the common infections in cats as Bartonella henselae, Cytauxzoon spp., Leishmania spp., Anaplasma phagocytophilum, and Mycoplasmas Haemo Group which includes, among other haemoplasmas, Mycoplasma haemofelis, Candidatus Mycoplasma haemominutum, and Candidatus Mycoplasma turicensis.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Bacterial Swine Diarrhoea Panel

The Bacterial swine diarrhea designed for the Detection test kit of Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, Brachyspira pilosicoli and Lawsonia intracellularis by using qPCR. Enteric bacterial infections are among the most common and economically significant diseases affecting swine production worldwide. This panel was designed to detect three microorganisms related to bacterial swine diarrhea. Brachyspira hyodysenteriae (formerly Treponema hyodysenteriae and Serpulina hyodysenteriae), Brachyspira pilosicoli (formerly Serpulina pilosicoli), Lawsonia intracellularis.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Mycoplasmas Contagious Agalactia Panel

Detection test kit of four species of Mycoplasma (M. agalactiae, M. mycoides, M. capricolum and M. putrefaciens) by using qPCR. Contagious agalactia is a mycoplasmal disease of sheep and goats that can cause serious economic losses from mastitis, polyarthritis and keratoconjunctivitis. Contagious agalactia is classically caused by infection with Mycoplasma agalactiae, but M. capricolum, M. putrefaciens and M. mycoides subsp. capri can also cause this disease.
