Description
Background:Phytophthora infestans detection by using qPCR.
Phytophtora infestans is a fungal-like oomycete belonging to the Peronosporaceae family. The microorganism causes the serious potato and tomato disease known as late blight or potato blight, despite it can also infect some other members of the Solanaceae. The pathogen can be found in foliar regions of host plants and in soils. P. infestans inoculum survival and pathogenicity in soils may be attributed to several factors including soil texture, moisture content, and pH. It is still a difficult disease to control and is an economically relevant plant pathogen spread worldwide.
Product Features:
-Assay Mix Target composed by singleplex mixtures of specific forward/reverse primers and probe.
-Resuspension buffer
-DNase/RNase free water
- (OPTIONAL) Internal Control Assay Mix
- Mastermix solution
- Positive control

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Pseudomonas syringae
Pseudomonas syringae detection test kit by using qPCR. Pseudomonas syringae is a plant pathogen with more than 50 different pathovars. It is a nutritionally versatile organism that thrives on damaged plant tissues, and colonizes the surface of plant leaves. The strains that are pathogenic are specific to a particular species of plant, infecting and causing disease through the release of toxins and cell wall degrading enzymes. A sign of pathogenic activity by P. syringae on plant leaves is usually the presence of lesions, spots that develop on leaf surfaces.
