Description
Background:Feline leukemia virus detection by using qPCR.
Feline leukemia virus is a single-stranded positive-sense RNA virus belonging to the Retroviridae family. Feline leukemia virus infects cats and can be transmitted through the transfer of saliva or nasal secretions. It causes a disease that impairs the cat’s immune system and causes certain types of cancer. This virus infection is responsible for a majority of deaths in household cats, affecting all breeds. Males are more likely to contract the infection than females, and it is usually seen between the ages of one to six years old.
Product Features:
-Assay Mix Target composed by singleplex mixtures of specific forward/reverse primers and probe.
-Resuspension buffer
-DNase/RNase free water
- (OPTIONAL) Internal Control Assay Mix
- Mastermix solution
- Positive control

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Feline infectious peritonitis virus
Feline infectious peritonitis virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Feline infectious peritonitis virus is infectious to cats worldwide. It is responsible for feline infectious peritonitis, an uncommon, but usually fatal, aberrant immune response. The disease signs include chronic weight loss, anorexia, pyrexia, depression, fever, and vasculitis. Fluid in the abdomen, thorax, or pericardium is symptomatic of wet form. Granulomatous changes in the organs is symptomatic of dry form.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Foot-and-mouth disease virus
Foot-and-mouth disease virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Foot-and-Mouth disease or Hoof-and-Mouth disease (Aphthae epizooticae) is an infectious disease that affects cloven-hoofed animals, including domestic and wild animals. Foot-and-Mouth disease is highly infectious and can be spread by infected animals through aerosols, through contact with contaminated farming equipment, vehicles, clothing or feed, and by domestic and wild predators. There are seven described serotypes of this virus, A, C, O, Asia 1, SAT3, SAT 1 and SAT 2.
