Description
Background:Equine arteritis virus detection by using qPCR.
Equine arteritis virus is a small, enveloped virus, with an icosahedral core containing a positive-sense genome RNA belonging to the genus Alphaarterivirus, the only genus in the Equarterivirinae subfamily. It is the causative agent of equine viral arteritis, a contagious disease highly species-specific and exclusively limited to equids (horses, donkeys, mules, and zebra). Exposure to a virus can lead to extremely variable clinical signs. Equine arteritis virus infection can cause fever, lethargy, nasal discharge, conjunctivitis, urticaria, and swelling of the limbs and under the belly. More unusual signs include spontaneous abortion in pregnant mares and severe respiratory distress and death in young foals. Most horses will recover without incident although stallions can become carriers and lifelong shedders of the virus.
Product Features:
-Assay Mix Target composed by singleplex mixtures of specific forward/reverse primers and probe.
-Resuspension buffer
-DNase/RNase free water
- (OPTIONAL) Internal Control Assay Mix
- Mastermix solution
- Positive control

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Nipah virus
Nipah virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Nipah virus is a newly emerging zoonosis that causes severe disease in both animals and humans. The natural host of the virus is fruit bats of the Pteropodidae Family. Nipah virus infection in humans has a range of clinical presentations, from asymptomatic infection to acute respiratory syndrome and fatal encephalitis. The virus is also capable of causing disease in pigs and other domestic animals such as dogs, cats, goats, horses, and sheep.

Bluetongue virus detection test kit by using qPCR. The BTV virus is responsible for the bluetongue disease, affecting ruminants, mainly sheep, and less frequently cattle, goats, buffalo, deer, dromedaries, and antelope. BTV is a non-contagious by contact and insect-borne acute disease with high morbidity and mortality which may be next to 90 percent.
