Description
Background:Detection of Classical swine fever virus by using qPCR.
Classical swine fever(CSF) or hog cholera (also sometimes called pig plague, is a highly contagious disease of pigs and wild boar. Swine fever causes fever, skin lesions, convulsions, and usually (particularly in young animals)death within 15 days. The disease is endemic in much of Asia, Central and South America, and parts of Europe and Africa. The infectious agent responsible is a single-stranded RNA virus CSFV (previously called hog cholera virus) of the genus Pestivirus in the family Flaviviridae. CSFV is closely related to the ruminant pestiviruses which cause Bovine viral diarrhea (BVDV) and Border disease (BDV).
Product Features:
-Assay Mix Target composed by singleplex mixtures of specific forward/reverse primers and probe.
-Resuspension buffer
-DNase/RNase free water
- (OPTIONAL) Internal Control Assay Mix
- Mastermix solution
- Positive control

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rabies virus
Rabies virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Rabies virus is the causative agent of acute progressive encephalitis (rabies) in mammals, including humans, and is transmitted through an animal with rabies directly by bites, scratches, or contamination of mucous membranes with infected saliva. Animals with rabies suffer deterioration of the brain and tend to behave bizarrely and often aggressively, increasing the chances that they will bite another animal or a person and transmit the disease.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Avian influenza type A virus
Detection test kit of Avian Influenza type A virus by using qPCR. Influenza A virus causes influenza in birds and some mammals. Some isolates of influenza A virus cause severe disease both in domestic poultry and, rarely, in humans. Occasionally, viruses are transmitted from wild aquatic birds to domestic poultry, and this may cause an outbreak or give rise to human influenza pandemics. There are 17 different H antigens (H1 to H17) and nine different N antigens (N1 to N9).
