Background:Campylobacter hepaticus detection by using qPCR.
Campylobacter hepaticus is a Gram-negative, microaerobic, single polar flagellated bacterium belonging to the Campylobacteraceae family. It is responsible for spotty liver disease, a persistent problem in the Australian and UK poultry industries for several decades. Affected flocks can have a reduction in egg production of up to 25 %, and an increase in mortality by up to 10 %. Due to the low growth rates and the absence of fully selective media, molecular methods are useful tools for detection.

Product Features:
-Assay Mix Target composed by singleplex mixtures of specific forward/reverse primers and probe.
-Resuspension buffer
-DNase/RNase free water
- (OPTIONAL) Internal Control Assay Mix
- Mastermix solution
-Standard Template, dehydrated target copies for positive control

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Campylobacter fetus

Campylobacter fetus detection test kit by using qPCR. C. fetus causes abortion in cattle and sheep, in addition, is an opportunistic human pathogen and can cause bacteremia and thrombophlebitis. There exist two subspecies of C. fetus: one was Campylobacter fetus subsp. fetus and the other Campylobacter fetus subsp. venerealis. Both are responsible for abortions by using different mechanisms of transmission.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Leptospira interrogans

Leptospira interrogans detection test kit by using qPCR. Leptospira interrogans is the causative agent of leptospirosis that can affect animals and humans, and is considered the most widespread zoonotic disease. Without treatment, leptospirosis can lead to kidney damage, meningitis, liver failure, respiratory distress, and in severe cases even death. The spread of the disease can be attributed to L. interrogans thriving in soil and water without a host for extended periods.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Campylobacter coli

Detection test kit of Campylobacter coli by using qPCR. Campylobacter coli usually lives in the intestinal tract of animals. C. coli is very similar to its bacteria relative, Campylobacter jejuni; both cause inflammation of the intestine and cause diarrhea in infected animals and humans. C. coli is of the worldwide prevalence and is common in both developed and developing countries with most outbreaks related to food or water-borne causes.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Leptospira spp.

Leptospira species detection test kit by using qPCR. Leptospira is a genus of bacteria that causes Leptospirosis (also known as Weil’s syndrome, canicola fever, canefield fever, nanukayami fever, 7-day fever, Rat Catcher’s Yellows, Fort Bragg fever, black jaundice, and Pretibial fever) and affects humans as well as other animals. The infection is commonly transmitted to humans by allowing water that has been contaminated by animal urine to come in contact with unhealed breaks in the skin, the eyes, or the mucous membranes.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Coxiella burnetii

Coxiella burnetii detection test kit by using qPCR. It is an obligate intracellular bacterial pathogen and is the causative agent of Q fever. C. burnetii is highly resistant to environmental stresses such as high temperature, osmotic pressure, and ultraviolet light. This organism may be found in cattle, sheep, goats, and other domestic mammals, including cats and dogs.
