Real Time PCR Detection Kit Avian hepatitis E virus

Brand: GPCRs
Detection test kit of Avian hepatitis E virus by using qPCR. Avian hepatitis E virus (AHEV) infection is a disease of broiler breeders and table-egg layers. Based on genome organization and significant nucleotide sequence identities with human and swine hepatitis E viruses, the isolated virus was classified as avian HEV to distinguish it from mammalian HEV.

Background:Detection of Avian hepatitis E virus by using qPCR.
Avian hepatitis E virus (AHEV) infection is a disease of broiler breeders and table-egg layers. This virus is a species within a yet-to-be-named genus in the family Hepeviridae. The other genus in this family is Hepevirus which includes the species Hepatitis E virus (HEV), which infects mammals. In 2001, a virus was first isolated in the USA from the bile of chickens with HS syndrome. Based on genome organization and significant nucleotide sequence identities with human and swine hepatitis E viruses, the isolated virus was classified as avian HEV to distinguish it from mammalian HEV. Avian HEV shares common antigenic epitopes and approximately 50% nucleotide sequence identity with mammalian HEV.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Infectious bursal disease virus

Infectious bursal disease virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Infectious bursal disease virus, only the serotype 1 viruses cause disease in poultry. The infectious bursal disease virus is responsible for Infectious bursal disease a highly contagious disease in young chickens. It has economic relevance to the poultry industry worldwide due to increased susceptibility to other diseases and negative interference with effective vaccination.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Foot-and-mouth disease virus

Foot-and-mouth disease virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Foot-and-Mouth disease or Hoof-and-Mouth disease (Aphthae epizooticae) is an infectious disease that affects cloven-hoofed animals, including domestic and wild animals. Foot-and-Mouth disease is highly infectious and can be spread by infected animals through aerosols, through contact with contaminated farming equipment, vehicles, clothing or feed, and by domestic and wild predators. There are seven described serotypes of this virus, A, C, O, Asia 1, SAT3, SAT 1 and SAT 2.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Foot-and-mouth disease virus type C

Detection test kit of Foot-and-mouth disease virus type C (FMDV-C) species by using qPCR. Real Time PCR Detection Kit Avian influenza type A virus

Detection test kit of Avian Influenza type A virus by using qPCR. Influenza A virus causes influenza in birds and some mammals. Some isolates of influenza A virus cause severe disease both in domestic poultry and, rarely, in humans. Occasionally, viruses are transmitted from wild aquatic birds to domestic poultry, and this may cause an outbreak or give rise to human influenza pandemics. There are 17 different H antigens (H1 to H17) and nine different N antigens (N1 to N9).

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rabies virus

Rabies virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Rabies virus is the causative agent of acute progressive encephalitis (rabies) in mammals, including humans, and is transmitted through an animal with rabies directly by bites, scratches, or contamination of mucous membranes with infected saliva. Animals with rabies suffer deterioration of the brain and tend to behave bizarrely and often aggressively, increasing the chances that they will bite another animal or a person and transmit the disease.
