    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Rapid test for Crustaceans is a qualitative immunochromatographic test, in strip format, to detect crustacean proteins in food, rinse water and working surfaces.
    The test is based on the detection of a crustacean protein antigen, which reacts with a specific antibody coated to red particles in the strip. The appearance of two red lines on the strip test is a positive result.

    PRODUCT FEATURES:
    -Limit of Detection in food: 1.0 ppm of crustacean proteins
    -Limit of Detection on surfaces: 4.0 µg of crustacean proteins.
    -Rehearsal time: 10 minutes.
    -Shelf life: 12 months.
    -Storage: 15-25°C
